THE PSYCHIC MEDIUM'S STORY:
Messages from Princess Diana's spirit

The press pursued Diana from the moment she met Charles and hounded her to the grave. And when she dated Dodie the press went absolutely wild. This was the biggest story ever, bigger than Wallis Simpson and Edward, bigger than the assassination of John Lennon and bigger than the deaths of James Dean, Marylin Monroe or Elvis Presley. If Diana married Dodie would it spell the end of the monarchy? Would the heirs to the throne be raised in a Moslem household? The political and constitutional ramifications of the love match were huge.

At the time of the fateful liaison the press wanted every snippet of story, here-say or gossip they could get about the couple. Karen Rocket, a free lance journalist from the Sunday Mirror, commissioned me to make some predictions for this UK national newspaper about what would happen regarding this royal scandal. One prediction was foremost in my mind. I told Karen "I see that events will be radically altered because Prince Charles will be involved in a terrible car crash" I told her.

I was wrong, Prince Charles was perfectly OK but a car crash was of course to change the course of royal history. I thought I had seen Charles, in fact it was Diana and Dodie who were snatched away by death.

Princess Diana's Death

When I heard the live news break about the death of Diana I, like millions of others, felt shocked by the events and appalled to hear how the paparazzi could have been the cause of the accident. And I was also not free of blame. I too had profited by the articles that speculated about her death. Although I have to admit I often felt that Diana was a trouble maker and sometimes a 'scheming actress' the sudden turn of events put all my feelings into a new light. Like the rest of the nation I felt remorse for this lost soul who had her life taken at her time of happiness. Like many great heroes or heroines of mythology, she died a tragic death. Diana was more than a fairy-tale princess, for many see was now a martyr.

The grief that overwhelmed the nation was unprecedented. Many people projected onto Diana the unexpressed tragedy from their own lives. Without realising it was so, many people unconsciously associated their own problems with Diana's. In her they saw themselves. She symbolised how they too had been hurt by relationships and had floundered in a world that could not understand them. Diana was greater than and soap star or movie star, she had been a real living person. The nation mourned her death as if they had lost one of their own family.

The Princess Diana Consultation

My own work as a medium brings me into contact with all sorts of people from all walks of life. Most of the time I have no idea who I am dealing with. Many of my consultations are done from my home, over the Internet or when I go to visit people in their own homes. Occasionally I will visit London to do consultations for people if they can assemble a group of four. Soon after the death of Diana a lady from the Knightsbridge are of London rang me for a 'Party Plan' group of consultations. The private consultations would be done at her office. (I will not here give the lady's name as it would not be fair to give this without her permission. For the purposes of this article I will call her Mrs Sylvia Devonshire)

When it came time for Sylvia to have her 'reading' she told me that she would like me to try to get in touch with her mother on the spirit side. I gave the reading having no idea who Sylvia was. I made an adequate communication and gave some proof that she could accept but had to interrupt our reading because someone else was trying to get through. I had to put her in touch with a young lady who had just passed to the spirit world in a terrible accident. As I continued to describe the woman I realised it was the spirit of Diana that was communicating with us.

I had no idea that Sylvia knew Diana well. As far as I knew Sylvia was a new age healer. Diana had been one of her most famous clients who would visit her Knightsbridge offices on a regular basis. Diana would visit for colonic irrigation- a for of healing based upon inner cleansing and the removal of toxins.

When the press had heard about the story they had staked out the building in the hope of exposing the story of Diana's interest in what they perceived to be weird New Age ideas. According to Sylvia MI5 had the biding bugged and had been carefully monitoring all of Diana's movements long before she met Dodie. Diana's believed that this was not just for her personal protection but there was a hidden agenda to keep a lid on her rebellious spirit.

Princess Diana's Evidence

I described Diana to Sylvia but needed some unique evidence to prove that it was indeed her and not my imagination or a trick. I gave Sylvia the following pieces of evidence to prove that I was in contact with who I claimed.

1) I quoted lines from a letter that I said that Elton John had written and was now in Sylvia's possession.

2) Similarly, I quoted from a letter from Barbara Cartland.

3) I gave Sylvia the typical greeting that Diana would say to her.

4) I told how they had discovered that the place was bugged.

5) I repeated sentences from the conversation they had in which Diana had confessed that despite it all she still loved Charles.

6) I said that Diana took pleasure in taking trinkets from the palace and giving them to her friends. In particular I said that she had given Sylvia two small silver and gold pill boxes. They had royal initials on the bottom and had once belonged to the Romanov family from Russia. I described the lids of the boxes that were like a blue cameo.

When the sitting was over Sylvia went to another room and returned with some envelopes. She showed my photocopies of the letters and the words I had quoted. In addition she pulled our a colour photograph. It was of the two small Romanov pill boxes that Sylvia had been given by Diana. The inscriptions and everything I had said about them were correct.

I was of course flabbergasted that Diana had come through during this run of the mill consultation. At a time so close to her passing and while the nation still mourned it seemed almost bad taste. The nation had already had enough of psychics who has revealed Diana's most intimate secrets. We decided that it was best to keep Diana's spirit return our secret.

There is usually a reason for a spirit to make a communication. The most important is to let the grieving know that they are safe in the new life and that the tragedy that struck them is no longer causing them pain. Unfortunately I was unable to communicate with Dodie although Diana wanted people to know that they are both safe in the new life. She said a message that I conveyed to Sylvia: "Dodie and I were deeply in love. But our love could never have found flowered as it should have done in the world. Only here, in the bliss of the Afterlife, can our love find it's fulfilment." I also gave Sylvia a few personal messages via Diana for Dodie's father. I hope that somehow they were received.

Princess Diana's Messages

Diana's spirit struck me a completely different to what I would have imagined. Rather shocked, I said to Sylvia that Diana had a tendency to swear an lot and would delight in using bad language. Sylvia told me that away from the lime light Diana was quite a colourful character and indeed did swear a lot when they met. In the comfort of Sylvia's consultation room she could let off steam as much as she liked.

Diana said how she loved the boys but I was surprised when she said she loved Charles. She was of course in love with Dodie but she wanted it to be known that she had never hated or not loved Charles. He was a man she wanted to love but from the start Camilla had stood in the way.

And finally we asked her about the claims that there had been a conspiracy to kill her. Having heard that MI5 had once bugged Sylvia's rooms I was expecting dark tales of intrigue. Diana was emphatic in saying that, as far as she was aware, there was no conspiracy to kill her.

What happened was a tragic accident but it is good to be aware that Diana and Dodie are safe and well in the afterlife. I hope that Al Fayed and others who grieve for the couple may one day come to understand that there was no place for them in this world but that there is a place for them in the next. The power of Love found a way for them to be together but it was not for us to share; it was them alone.
